Service Terms & Legality

Almeny acts solely as an intermediary to purchase and assist with the activation of official digital subscriptions available from foreign markets. Usage of any subscription is subject to the original providers’ Terms and Conditions, which may include territorial restrictions.

Restrictions & Geography

Content availability and access conditions are determined exclusively by the providers. Restrictions can change at any time at the providers’ discretion.

Payments & Delivery

One‑off payment in EUR. Delivery of credentials/activation code takes place by email, generally within 24 hours. If activation is not delivered within 48 hours from payment confirmation, the User is entitled to a full refund.

Use & Limitations

Personal use only. Commercial use in public venues or retransmission of content is prohibited.

Account Replacement Guarantee

If the provider suspends or restricts an account due to territorial rules or other policies, Almeny will provide, where possible, an equivalent replacement account. This replacement is the sole and exclusive contractual remedy.

Liability Limitation

Almeny / Necomex Ltd shall not be liable for: (a) suspensions, interruptions or changes applied by providers; (b) provider‑driven blocks or geographical limitations; (c) changes in price or content decided by third‑party providers. Except for the above replacement remedy, no further refunds or damages are due.
